FL Studio playback fixes

AirCheck now plays back correctly in FL Studio, and no longer drops a short silence every few seconds on smaller buffer sizes. Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase, Reaper and Pro Tools are unaffected.

FL Studio playback fixed — Playback that broke up to near-silence in FL Studio is resolved. FL Studio delivers audio in wildly varying, tiny block sizes, which the transport-position logic mistook for constant seeking; that is now handled correctly.
