These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and software products (including "AirCheck") provided by Sugoi Audio (Sugoi Music Tech) ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
When you purchase our software, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
You May:
Install and use the software on computers owned by you (e.g., your studio desktop and travel laptop).
You May Not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, resell, redistribute, or sub-license the software to others.
Merchant of Record: All payments are processed by our authorized reseller, Lemon Squeezy. When you make a purchase, you are also subject to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. However, we may offer refunds at our sole discretion if the software is technically defective and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
All content, including the software code, the "AirCheck" name, the "Sugoi Audio" brand, and the "Cyber-Anubis" logo, are the intellectual property of Sugoi Audio (Sugoi Music Tech).
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will work perfectly with every future version of macOS, Windows, or your DAW.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugoi Audio (Sugoi Music Tech) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the software (e.g., $14.99 USD).
Our software deals with audio routing. Sudden changes in routing can result in volume jumps. You agree to use the software responsibly, keep your system volume at safe levels, and use a limiter where appropriate.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Taipei, Taiwan.
