Sugoi Audio (Sugoi Music Tech) Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our audio software products, including AirCheck.
Audio Data
The plug-ins listed on this website (AirCheck, BlindCard, Kiyome, SugoiDimension and CURVA) do not upload your audio to us or to any other server.
These plug-ins process audio locally on your device. Audio signals pass through them in real time and are not uploaded. (AirCheck's optional Mobile Streaming plays audio on your own phone over your local network, not through a server.) Two kinds of features work differently:
- Sugoi AI assistant (optional; currently available only in internal test builds): it is designed to analyse audio on your computer, so the audio itself is not sent. The assistant does send your messages, and text and numbers about your plug-in settings and the audio analysis, to our servers and to the AI model provider that writes the reply. We keep a record of these exchanges.
- Cloud audio processing (a type of feature we may offer in the future): if you use such a feature, the audio file you submit will be uploaded to our cloud storage and to the providers we use to process it.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services:
- License Information: When you purchase a product, we receive your email address and order details from our payment processor to deliver your license.
- Member Account: When you use our member services, we collect your email address and the account and credit records needed to provide sign-in, account management and credit services.
- Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we collect the information you provide in your messages.
- Newsletter: If you subscribe through the form on our website, we collect your email address and send you our newsletter.
- License activation and updates: When you activate a license, the plug-in sends your license key and your computer's name and operating system to Lemon Squeezy. The plug-ins also contact sugoiaudio.com to check for new versions.
- Website: We do not run analytics or advertising tools of our own on this website. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. Some pages load web fonts from Google or embed YouTube videos, so those providers may receive your IP address and browser information when the page loads.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your payment card number. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy for information about how they handle your payment data.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver your purchased products and license keys
- Provide sign-in, account management and credit services
- Send essential verification, security, account and transaction-related service emails
- Provide customer support
- Send important product updates (security patches, major releases)
- Improve our products and services
We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
Product News and Marketing Emails
Subject to applicable rules and your existing communication preferences, we may use your email address to send Sugoi product news, tutorials and promotional offers. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor your prior opt-outs.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect your membership, purchased licenses or points already issued to you. Essential sign-in codes, security alerts and account or transaction-related service emails are separate from marketing communications and may still be sent when needed to provide the service.
Third-Party Services
Our products and website may interact with the following third-party services:
- Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing, license delivery, license activation and newsletter subscriber records (our product pages load Lemon Squeezy's checkout script)
- Vercel: Website hosting
- Google: Web fonts (Google Fonts) and embedded videos (YouTube) on some pages
- Cloudflare: Hosting for our online services (license and credit records, and the Sugoi AI assistant)
- Resend: Sending email (sign-in codes and newsletters)
- Web3Forms: Delivers the messages you send through the contact form on our website (your name, email address and message)
- AI model providers: Generate the replies of the Sugoi AI assistant; they receive the messages and the text and numbers described under "Audio Data" above
Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
Data Retention
We retain your license information for as long as your license is valid. Support communications are retained for a reasonable period to provide ongoing assistance. You can send a request about your personal data, including a request to delete it, to support@sugoiaudio.com, and we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of marketing communications
