Bluetooth latency is approximately ~100ms (typically 80–150ms depending on device and codec). Mobile Streaming over Wi-Fi achieves ~100ms (as low as ~60ms with 5GHz Wi-Fi). This is designed for monitoring and reference checking, not real-time tracking.
Download the installer, run it, and the plugin will be installed to your system's Audio Unit and VST3 folders. Then simply load AirCheck on your master bus in your DAW.
AirCheck has built-in detection for 60+ Bluetooth brands including Sony, Bose, JBL, Sennheiser, and more. Any device with "headphone", "earbuds", or "wireless" in its system name is also automatically detected. Professional audio interfaces (Focusrite, Universal Audio, RME, etc.) are excluded by design to prevent routing conflicts.
No. AirCheck routes audio to your selected device independently without changing your DAW's audio device settings. Your interface stays connected and your session remains untouched. Note: When the plugin is active, your main monitor output will be muted to avoid double monitoring—you'll only hear audio through your AirPods.
No. AirCheck is 100% transparent — it passes audio bit-for-bit with zero processing. Your mix goes through exactly as-is. And during bounce/export, AirCheck automatically bypasses itself so your renders are never affected.

Live Mode reduces latency by using smaller audio buffers (from ~100ms to ~70ms total). Enable it by clicking the LIVE button in the top-left corner. Note: This may cause audio glitches on some systems—use only when you need lower latency for critical monitoring.
No. AirCheck automatically bypasses during offline rendering (bounce/export), so your exported audio will be completely normal and unaffected.

No! Mobile Streaming works entirely over your local network (LAN). No internet connection is required—just make sure your computer and phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi.
Mobile Streaming achieves approximately 100ms latency over Wi-Fi with adaptive mode, and can go as low as ~60ms. This is suitable for reference listening and checking your mix translation with near real-time responsiveness.

AirCheck supports WAV, MP3, AIFF, FLAC, and M4A/AAC. You can load up to 8 reference tracks per session and save them to a persistent library for reuse across projects.
No. Reference audio is completely separate from your mix signal chain. When you switch to A mode (your mix), the reference track is muted. AirCheck also includes automatic LUFS-based gain matching so you can compare fairly without being fooled by volume differences.
